NEW MEMBERS

If you are a new member welcome to our group,we hope you enjoy  your Membership with us and participate in the groups activities. If you experience any problems with riding with the  Group, your observed rides or your observer the first point of contact is :-
 Les Hadfield  on  07923 046246 who will do his utmost to resolve them.  Alan Yates is the Guidance Administrator and he is the only person to allocate associate members to observers. Please don’t set up your own guidance as this may take an observer out of the system and cause other associates to wait longer than necessary to start guidance.

    Alan is available on club nights to arrange your observer or contact him on  0114 2817767 Observed runs take place at a mutually convenient time between you and your observer or you may be able to join in the Saturday morning observed runs   Leaving between 9-30am and 10 am from McDonalds at Meadowhall retail Park. Associates please note that guidance is provided voluntarily by observers and associates are usually expected to make a contribution to out of pocket expenses for fuel.  Associates please make arrangements for your next observed ride before leaving your observer. Les Hadfield will  run the classroom sessions at Treeton Miners Welfare  (Our Group Venue ) These sessions will be run as needed.. New associates will be contacted by the secretary to inform them of the date of the classroom training sessions
