an enrolment form in your presence. The package includes :- Associate membership
of the IAM and Associate membership of our group for a period of one year, our group
will provide you with a course in theory and on road guidance*,and a warm welcome
at our group meetings, and social events,the IAM test fee and the IAM publication
“Pass Your Advanced Motorcyclle Test”
The cost of the Skills for Life package is:- £139.00. Which can be divided into
two payments if you wish, the first when you join of £70.00 and the balance before
test
* Our group requests a contribution to our volunteer observers fuel costs.
Charitable Status :- If you have read the pages of our web site and decided to
join you will be aware that the group is a registered Charity which will indicate
to you that we are a non profit making organisation and rely entirely on the subscriptions
of our members along with what we can claim back from the Inland revenue in Gift
Aid for our funding. This is a scheme whereby our group can claim back (with your
consent & approval ) from the inland revenue the tax you have paid on the amount
of your subscription (Presently 25 p in each £1.00 ). The group will appreciate
your consent.
